The Manual Vertical Cutting Machine was built for vertical cutting work on rigid and flexible polyurethane blocks.

Is is provided in 2 different versions that differ from each other only with regard to the internal cutting span, they are provided with a practical and precise panel feel, setting the cutting dimensions is facilitated by a millimetric scale positioned between table level and the block pusher. Perfect blade sharpening is guaranteed thanks to a pair of motorized grinding wheels located in full view within the cutter shaft.

The blade guide is motorized and allows for a rapid positioning adjacent to the highest part of the material to be cut.

The moveable aluminium table is fitted on tracks that ensure the smoothest movement possible and precision cutting.
