The Automatic Tilting Machine with conveyor belt was built for cutting from 0° to 90° on rigid and flexible polyurethane blocks.

Machine automation is controlled by the electronic programmer included in the control panel. The easy-to-use programmer can contain up to 50 different cutting programs. Using the programmer it's possible to set the blade inclination and the cutting stroke, a useful function should it be necessary to cut small blocks. Cutting takes place both directions of travel and its speed is adjustable using the potentiometer (located on the control console) as a function of material to be cut. Blade sharpening is guaranteed thanks to a pair of grinding wheels located in full view within the cutter shaft.
