The Tilting Semi-automatic / Manual Vertical Cutter was built for vertical and inclined cutting of rigid and flexible polyurethane blocks.

It is provided in 2 different models: semi-automatic and manual. The semi-automatic model is equipped with cutting shaft automatisms and manual movement of the block-pusher panel; the manual model is equipped with manual panel and platform movement. The specificity of the machine allows a cutting blade inclination of +/- 60°; the desired cutting angle can be regulated using the selector located on the control console. Cutting occurs in both directions and its speed is adjustable using the potentiometer (semi-automatic version) as a function of the material to be cut. Its progressive start and gradual deceleration ensure a very high cutting quality. Perfect blade sharpening is guaranteed thanks to a pair of motorized grinding wheels located in full view within the cutter shaft. The blade guide is motorized and allows for a rapid positioning adjacent to the highest part of the material to be cut.
