THE COMPUTERIZED
VERTICAL TURNING BLADE CONTOUR CUTTING MACHINE was built
for machining any type of shape. |
The
machine is provided with the plane of work on 2 conveyor
belts. The particular feature of this machine is that of
being able to vertically shape pieces including thin pieces.
Machine automation is controlled by the software of the Personal
Computer included in the control panel. To recognize the
contour of the piece to be cut, it's possible to use: the digitizer table,
the scanner or also a drawing created with a CAD program can be entered.
Cutting takes place by rotating blades, eliminating the emission of dust in the environment, its speed can be adjusted using the potentiometer (located on the control console) as a function of the block density and the template to be cut.
Perfect sharpening is ensured by a pair of grinding wheels clearly visible within the vertical structure.
