THE COMPUTERIZED
TURNING BLADE CONTOUR CUTTING MACHINE was built for machining
any type of shape. |
The
machine is provided with a conveyor belt work plane. Machine
automation is controlled by the software of the portable
Personal Computer included in the control panel. To recognize
the contour of the piece to be cut, it's possible to use:
the digitizer table,
the scanner or also a drawing created with a CAD program can be entered.
Cutting takes place by rotating blades on four flywheels, eliminating the emission of dust in the environment, its speed can be adjusted using the potentiometer (located on the control console) as a function of the block density and the template to be cut.
Perfect sharpening is ensured by a pair of grinding wheels positioned in clear view in the front section.
