THE COMPUTERIZED
TURNING BLADE CONTOUR CUTTING MACHINE was built for machining
any type of shape. |
The
machine's main characteristic, that renders it unique in
the field, is that it uses 2 carbon fiber flywheels for rotating
blade cutting (thus offering numerous advantages during machining),
another property is that of having a very high cutting speed.
It is provided with a rotating work table to make a second
intervention on the same profile rotated on the plane by
90°. Machine automation is controlled by the Personnel Computer's
software with a touchscreen system included in the control
panel. To recognize the contour of the piece to be cut, it's
possible to use: the digitizer table,
the scanner or also a drawing created with a CAD program can be entered.
