The Rotating Cutter was built for transversal and longitudinal cutting work on polyurethane bonded with abrasive fiber for the production of sponges.

Machine automation is controlled by the electronic programmer included in the control panel. Using the programmer it's possible to set the variable cutting length and the rotation of the 3 rotating shafts that determine the 3 different sponge widths (customizable by the customer). The roll of the material to be cut is introduced by an automatic motorized two-spool spooler.
