THE COMPUTERIZED
WIRE CONTOUR CUTTING MACHINE was built for machining any
type of shape.
The
machine is provided in 2 different versions that differ from
each other only in their cutting dimensions. Loading and
unloading the block to be cut is facilitated by the conveyor
belts present on the work table and fastening is ensured
by the suction cups. Machine automation is controlled by
the Personnel Computer software included in the control panel.
To recognize the contour of the piece to be cut, it's possible
to use: the digitizer table,
the scanner or
also a drawing created with a CAD program can be entered.
The cutting takes place by erosion with a steel core wire
composed of a certain number of filaments wound in a spiral,
its speed can be adjusted using the potentiometer (located
on the control console) as a function of the density of the
block and of the template to be cut. The machine is provided
with an effective aspirator to remove machining dust.
