THE COMPUTERIZED OSCILLATING BLADE CONTOUR CUTTING MACHINE was built for machining any type of shape. |
The
machine is provided in 3 different versions that differ from
each other only in their cutting dimensions. It is provided
with a rotating work table to make a second intervention
on the same profile rotated on the plane by 90°. Machine
automation is controlled by the Personnel Computer software
included in the control panel. To recognize the contour of
the piece to be cut, it's possible to use: the digitizer table,
the scanner or also a drawing created with a CAD program can be entered.
Cutting takes place by blade oscillations, eliminating the emission of dust in the environment, its speed can be adjusted using the potentiometer (located on the control console) as a function of the block density and the template to be cut.
