THE COMPUTERIZED WIRE CONTOUR CUTTING MACHINE was built
to machine any type of shape.
The
machine is provided in 3 different versions that differ from
each other only in their cutting dimensions. The version
2200-2450 is provided with a rotating work table to make
a second intervention on the same profile rotated 90°.
Machine automation is controlled by the Personnel Computer's software with a
touchscreen system included in the control panel. To recognize the contour of
the piece to be cut, it's possible to use: the digitizer table,
the scanner or also a drawing created with a CAD program can be entered.
The cutting takes place by erosion with a steel core wire composed of a certain number of filaments wound in a spiral, its speed can be adjusted using the potentiometer (located on the control console) as a function of the density of the block and of the template to be cut.
The machine is provided with an effective aspirator for the machining dust.
