The L.P.S. cutting line was built for the lateral milling and longitudinal cutting of polyurethane strips bonded with abrasive fiber for the production of sponges.

The Cutting line is mainly composed of a strip cutting machine for longitudinal cutting and of a Milling machine FR 2 SC (that can be excluded from the line) built for lateral milling work. The machine is automatic and is controlled by an electrical control panel. The strips are fed and the finished product is unloaded by conveyor belt.
