The double grooved linear milling machine was built for the lateral milling of polyurethane strips bonded with abrasive fiber for the production of sponges.

The machine is automatic and is controlled by an electrical control panel. The configuration of the 2 lateral grooves is determined by the shape of the millers (customizable by the customer). The machine is provided with an effective aspirator to remove machining dust.
