The machine has 2 millers for the production of 2 sponges per work cycle controllable by a single operator.
Machine automation is controlled by the electrical control panel with the option of working automatically or manually. Whit this it is possible to set the number of pieces to be milled, to visualize the quantity of special products and to set the work cycle frequency. The shape of the final product is determined by the millers' configuration and by the templates provided (customizable by the customer), also it's possible to determine the size of the final piece using the machine's special controllers.
