The
drawings, after having been memorized, are transferred directly
to the machine' computer software where they may then be
elaborated: enlarged, reduced, rotated, copied to obtain
the least possible scrap etc.. The easy-to-use software first
simulates on video the cutting work on the block and then
gives consensus to the machine to automatically begin machining.
Drawings created by CAD programs can also be included, a
great advantage for highly machined components such as certain
types of mattresses cushions etc.. Another utility of the
software is the program for cutting plates vertically and
horizontally, allowing the sectioning of already-shaped blocks
thus obtaining a finished product.
